Wedding cost per guest calculator
Some wedding costs grow with every guest (meals, drinks, favors, chair hire) and some stay the same however many people come (venue hire, photographer, attire). Enter both from your own quotes to see the total and the real cost per guest. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

Per-head costs = everything you pay per guest added together (for example meal + drinks package + favor + chair). If children cost less, use the average per guest or work out adults and children separately.
How it works
Per-guest costs = guests × per-head costs. Total = per-guest costs + fixed costs. Cost per guest = total ÷ guests. Share that grows with guests = per-guest costs ÷ total.
Worked example (the made-up values above): 100 guests × $99.50 = $9,950.00 of per-guest costs. Add $14,530.00 of fixed costs and the wedding costs $24,480.00, which is $24,480.00 ÷ 100 = $244.80 per guest. Only $9,950.00 ÷ $24,480.00 = 40.6% of the total grows with the guest list, so each guest you add or drop changes the total by $99.50, not by $244.80.
